You have several convenient options:
Ugandan users: Withdraw funds using MTN or Airtel Money. Select Agent/Transfer, then click Withdraw GWB to MTN/Airtel Money and follow the on‑screen instructions.
Bank or PayPal transfer: You can withdraw your funds directly to your bank account or via PayPal.
Agent transfer: If the above methods are not suitable, you can withdraw funds through a Gopien Agent in your area.
Another option is internal transfer. A member with GWallet balance can send it to your GWallet, and you provide them cash in exchange.
There are several convenient options available:
- Ugandan users: Deposit funds using MTN or Airtel Money. Select Deposit to GWallet and follow the on‑screen instructions.
- International users: Deposit funds via Pesapal or PayPal. Select Deposit to GWallet and follow the on‑screen instructions.
-Gopien Agents: You can deposit money by contacting a Gopien Agent in your area.
-Member-to-member transfer: If another member has a GWallet balance they wish to withdraw, they can transfer it to your GWallet. You then provide them cash in exchange.
You can withdraw your funds once they become available in your account. Please check your dashboard for the current withdrawal status.
